Well if your going to have to replace the fork soon and the frame is in good shape then i would definetly for the fork.

to each his own, if you're anal about maintaining (as I am) the air will be fine :-) Just can't assume that when on PB, as lots of people expect to ride w/ no working on their bike.

air has proven to have some reliability problems... not so much my thing. Sure its lighter, but so is a TI coil for a regular DHX.
